Hired to create a new logo / typeface for SoCal DJ, DJ Zephyr. DJ logos can get a bit ridiculous, so I wanted to keep this bold, simple and sleek by designing modern interconnecting letterforms. To give it some Southern Cali flare, I went with a yellow to orange gradient suggestive of a setting sun over a beach.
